Backstory

Kronos was a Fe-Matoran originally from the Northern Continent. Due to the Matoran of Iron's inherent knack for forging, he was hired by Parax - another Fe-Matoran - and enlisted into his weapon selling venture.

Kronos quickly grew fond of working under Parax, and traveled with his caravan for many years. Eventually, the caravan settled a small base of operations on the shores of Stelt, where they would work out of for years to come.

Eventually, word of Parax's caravan spread to the Brotherhood of Makuta, who were already aware of Parax thanks to his falling out with the Nynrah Ghosts. Seeing this as an opportunity to eliminate additional possible Toa of Iron, the Brotherhood planned a coordinated strike against Parax's caravan.

During the onslaught, Parax was killed. In the absence of their leader, Kronos swiftly took charge, commanding the remaining Fe-Matoran during their final stand. As losses stacked up, Kronos faced Makuta Tridax one-on-one, but was quickly overpowered. Tridax grabbed Kronos by the throat and flew away with him while choking him to death.

Knoxus attempted to pursue Tridax using his prototype rocket gauntlets, but was forced to try and shoot the Makuta down with his Nynrah Ghostblaster. Unbeknownst to him, however, Kronos was already dead.

After shooting Tridax down, both the Makuta and Knoxus crashed into the Sea of Protodermis. Tridax quickly fled, and Knoxus swam to Kronos' body, discovering Kronos had died, along with the rest of Parax's caravan. As the Brotherhood's airship left, Knoxus hid under Kronos' body to avoid being seen, until the airship was out of sight.

Abilities & Tools

As a Fe-Matoran, Kronos had very limited control over Iron.

Kronos typically carried a set of Dowsing rods, which would he used to locate and prospect raw metals for use in forging weapons. Kronos sometimes wielded these tools as makeshift weapons.

Kronos wore a Kanohi Ruru, the Great Mask of Night Vision, which he was unable to use as a Matoran.

Personality

As a member of Parax's caravan, Kronos was one of Parax's most trusted, loyal, and helpful, companions, and bravest warriors. He enjoyed doing his assigned job a lot, especially when he could search for treasure at the same time. Kronos was also known to be somewhat sleepy due to his tentmate Knoxus' late-night tinkering.

Trivia
