Very few sightings of this Makuta have ever been recorded by the Order of Mata Nui. He was first spotted on Luna Magna by Mata Nui, attacking the Matoran Matoro and Knoxus. A Luna Magnan Toa of Ice named Chilluno distracted the Makuta as the Matoran fled. They were then rescued by Mata Nui, but the Makuta vanished shortly after.

He was later spotted targeting Matoran Knoxus again on the Island of Stelt during a Brotherhood of Makuta attack on a caravan of Fe-Matoran. Knoxus was able to fend him off, but he vanished again. From this sighting, it is presumed that the Makuta is part of the Brotherhood.

After this, he was sighted multiple times around the Matoran Universe, and is considered very dangerous. Multiple teams of assassins have been sent after him, but any who have engaged the Makuta in combat were swiftly killed.

He was spotted most recently in Karda Nui, once again targeting Knoxus. Order spy Jerbraz was able to fend him off, but he escaped again. He was observed using some kind of Teleportation or Temporal Shift ability during this encounter.

The Order of Mata Nui has very little information about this Makuta, who remains at large and extremely dangerous. Due to his threat level, the Order currently has this Makuta listed as their #1 Most Wanted, and should be killed on sight.

Abilities & Tools

The main threat this Makuta poses is that he is almost impossible for Order spies to track, and he uses extreme speed in combat. While not yet proven, the Order suspects he possesses some kind of unique temporal ability, which would explain how he disappears for long periods of time, and is able to move at such fast speeds.

The Order presumes this Makuta has access to all 42 Kraata powers, however, he has only been observed possibly using Dodge, Fear, Ice Resistance, Limited Invulnerability, Power Scream, Slow, and Teleportation. He has also been observed utilizing control over the element of Shadow, and is presumed to possess limited telepathic abilities.

This Makuta does not wield any weapons, and instead has blades for arms, which he is highly proficient in using.

This Makuta wears a Kanohi Huna, the Noble Mask of Concealment.

Personality

Details about this Makuta's personality are largely unknown. The majority of sightings of this Makuta have a pattern of happening in the vicinity of Knoxus, so the Order suspects the Makuta has some sort of grudge against him.
